  • New font (Mikodacs PCS)
  • Text gradients

Bacon Wrapped Strip Steaks My first attempt at cooking bacon-wrapped steaks on my propane-fueled Weber grill.  They turned out great! I started by prepping the steaks. I seasoned them with a bit of salt and pepper. Next, I wrapped each steak with a strip of bacon, securing it with a toothpick. I grilled them for about 6 minutes on each side until the bacon was crispy and the meat cooked to a medium rare temperature. I removed the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute. Then, I sliced them into thin strips and served them up. The bacon-wrapped strip steaks were delicious. It was the perfect summertime meal! The bacon added a salty and smoky flavor to the juicy and flavorful meat. After years of scattered notes, dreams that wouldn't let me sleep, and more coffee than I care to admit, I finally finished my first novel. It's called Beneath the Cloudline . Book one of a series of three novels. Where It Started This story began the way the best ones do: uninvited. I kept dreaming of people swinging between towers—acrobats of survival—moving through a city that had forgotten them. They lived between worlds, where altitude defined privilege and attitude defined worth. Above the clouds, elegance without empathy. Below, labor without recognition. And yet, in the thin air between, something brave still climbed: the idea that connection, not height, makes us human. I didn't know what it meant. I only knew it wouldn't leave me alone.
